Membership Fees and Rules
You must be a member to show at the Casey Saddle Club shows. Membership fees are $ 5.00 for single person and $ 10.00 for family. Family membership includes you, your spouse and minor children living with you. You must have your membership card with you at every show. If asked for it and you don't have it, you will be required to pay for another membership.
Illinois State Law requires every horse to have negative coggins papers.
No Alcoholic Beverages allowed on the grounds.
Stallions will be allowed. Handler must be 19 years of age or older.
Neither the show committee nor anyone connected with this show will be responsible for any loss, personal injury to any person, horse, and property on the grounds. Any injury that occurs within the arena is the responsiblity of the individual(s) involved.
It is the exhibitor's responsibility to be at the gate on time. Once the gate is close you will not be able to enter the class.
No refunds for any class for any reason.
Judge's decision is final.
All entires close for a class when the preceding class enters the ring.
$2.00 office charge required per contestant at each show.
